Ideal Position:
My ideal position would enable me to use my background in marketing management, brand building, innovation and advertising to help companies build passion for their brands with consumers.  I enjoy working with teams to develop brand positioning, launch products, create marketing plans and strategies to improve volume and profit.

If a company has a strong vision, I can be part of helping them get there.  I enjoy celebrating great results. I also like to work with people who are positive and solutions oriented.

Past Experience:
I have enjoyed working with great people and accomplishing great things in my career so far.  I have spent 6 years in brand management and innovation.  Prior to that, I spent 5 years in advertising before completing my M.B.A.

Currently:
Most recently, I have managed brands and led innovation in the luxury/premium spirits category.  I launched several new brands and line extensions which contributed to the growth of both volume and increased margin.  I also was responsible for instituting a new innovation process which was then shared with the entire global organization.
