Ideal Position:
The ideal position would allow me to use my expertise in high level internal and external communications, media relations, crisis communications or speech writing for a corporation, non-profit or agency.
I am a flexible person willing to work in a variety of environments and situations, including on site or from my home office.
Past Experience:
In the past, I have been a Vice President of Corporate Communications for three years for a world-famous brand working as the right-hand PR executive to the CEO. I was a Manager of Communications for three years for $15 billion publicly traded company working directly with CEO and senior executives. I have had nine years of experience total at several non-profits overseeing communications.
Currently:
I developed a presentation and talking points for executives meeting with state lawmakers in Springfield, Illinois. The presentation touted the company's contributions to the environment and record of environmental stewardship and corporate giving in Illinois.
Additional:
I have a proven record of national media placements, successful PR plans, highly rated presentations and award-winning annual reports. I am adept at handling anything from crisis communications to developing and executing internal communications plans. I look forward to sharing my portfolio with prospective employers.
