To work on a User Experience or Change Management initiative, in a faced-paced, high energy global team with the ability to use my strategic and creative thinking skills. Preference is to work in a management capacity.  My ultimate goal is deliver value added results to clients on a daily basis.

Past Experience:
I have led multiple cross-function User Experience efforts for compliant, customized, web-enabled system.  I have also managed a team of 50 across continents in the US, South America, India and the Philippines.  Tool was delivered globally to 150,000 employees and immediate cost savings was $25 million.
