B2B Marketing Programs Manager

Ideal Position:
Seeking a director level position in which I can make an organizational impact as a marketing leader.
Ideally there would be close working relationship with sales leadership. The opportunity to develop and coach talent is very important to me. Prefer a relatively flat organization that values empowerment, autonomy and creativity.
Ideal Environment:
My preference is a small to mid-size company in which cross-functional collaboration is valued and enabled. I am very comfortable in organizations where the marketing function may be immature--I have experience building from the ground up. Clear vision from senior leadership is key, along with an organizational commitment to marketing.
Past Experience:
Have marketed technology, financial and professional services solutions. Extensive B2B marcomm expertise, from demand generation to traditional sales and product support. Strategic and tactical hands-on know-how. Experience aligning sales, product and marketing via process and automation. High accomplishment in event and trade show marketing.
Currently:
Leading a team piloting new buyer-centric B2B demand generation programs and processes that leverage CRM and other business intelligence tools to strategically align sales, product and marketing. Responsible for measurement and benchmarking, lead generation and management, and the aggressive promotion of thought leadership and capability awareness.
