Ideal Position:
I thrive in a company that seeks a creative thinker and provides a team that wants to create quality work that not only meets the end goal but is something to be proud of. I would love a position that allows me to use my leadership skills and is connected passionately to a cause or issue.
Ideal Environment:
I would love to work with a team that embraces causal clothes, humorous puns, and witty banter, but at the same time works like a family of creatives. I don't mind being a workhorse as long as I am not the only one.
Past Experience:
I am a dedicated, flexible, and ultimately creative Senior Art Director/Creative Director with more than 10 years of experience providing strategic communications planning and services for high-profile clients; effective in client-facing situations and extremely versatile in terms of style, media, and target audience.
Currently:
I designed a strategic action plan for a national non-profit that including mission and vision statement; staff training; and brand development that included logo, color scheme, tag line, and internal terminology. Created marketing materials, brochures and exhibits; developed Web site that proved resilient over time. Work won a Gold Quill from IABC.
Additional:
I am a recently published author of a children's book that I wrote and illustrated. So far the reviews have had great praise and I am looking forward to publishing for second book by the end of the year.
