Ideal Position:
My ideal job is somewhere I can be very creative and use my talents to their greatest potential. I enjoy working with people and consider all opportunities an adventure. I also would hope to inspire and be inspired by people in my next position. I am very excited about new opportunities and am looking forward to what's behind the next door.
I have worked in all types of environments and have thrived, but ideally, I would like to work in a large company surrounded by lots of creative, talented people.
Past Experience:
I am an extremely driven, talented graphic designer/artist/illustrator with 8 years experience in publishing and packaging as a full-time Art Director, 2 years as a full-time illustrator, 3 years as a full-time production artist, and 2 years experience as a part-time screen-printing teacher at a local arts center.
Currently:
Recently, I worked on a freelance project for a new company who were in need of branding. I developed their logo which they are over the moon about and am in the process of designing their business cards, letterhead, return address label, and t-shirts. I love capturing what a client wants and then delivering.
Additional:
I am very driven with a strong work ethic, a natural ability for problem solving creatively, expert working knowledge of my tools, a keen ability to predict future trends for whatever market I'm working in, and an instinctive ability to create products with mass-appeal that come alive with freshness and innovation.
