Broadcast/Graphic Designer with Corporate Experience

Long-term Contracting or Direct Hire.

Ideal Position:
My goal is to create and design solutions for both print and broadcast that are visually fun, attractive, and eye catching. I'd like to design logos, ads, book covers, and video, CD & DVD covers and consumer packaging.

I'd like to work in a less stressful creative department with a diverse culture of creative people. The environment should be fun, with positive energy. I'd like to work with a company that keeps up with today’s constant change in technology.

Past Experience:
I work closely with an editor and photographer, along with budgets, outside vendors and other freelance artists. I've worked in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments such as live TV shows, as well as in marketing and promotions.

My work background for the past 18+ years with has been in on-air news broadcast and graphic design.

Currently:
Currently, I manage and delegate the workflow of the production schedule and the design team, while coordinating with print vendors and internal clients, maintaining a tight production schedule. I coordinate all graphic designers (on staff and freelance), and review all proofs and all on-press related issues through the point of product delivery.
