Ideal Position:
I would love to work for/with a client/product/service/brand that is motivated to either take the lead position from the leader in their category, or who wants to further extend their lead - and is able to support their motivation with the dollars needed to make the expression campaign heard/seen/experienced in every targeted corner.
I like the signs of success/meritocracy. Culturally I like an environment void of slackers. To be clear - I like an arena where people are working their butts off – I believe there is no other way to compete and win.
Past Experience:
I have worked to develop creative and lead creative teams with the purpose of developing brand and expressions designed to attract the attention of and to persuade the target audience. My job titles have mostly been Art Director, because I believe that people who develop brands must come up from the design ranks.
Currently:
Presently I am developing Station I.D.'s for a lifestyle TV network in Canada, based upon previously developed I.D.'s. I have evolved the art direction to a more illustrative, approachable, warm feel. The audience will feel comfort, friendliness, and warmth. These I.D.'s will roll out nationwide, and will air several times per day.
