Ideal Position:
I am looking for an opportunity to help provide strategic direction to a company's marketing campaigns. Ideally, I am seeking a position that can leverage not only my skills as a marketing project coordinator, but also requires a strategic leader, one with a voice at the table.
Ideal Environment:
Truly the size of the company does not matter (head count or assets). The ideal work environment is collaborative in nature. From the top down, I enjoy working with people who freely share their opinions and are open to looking at different solutions.
Past Experience:
As the sole marketing resource for a small investment firm, I provided strategic planning for all aspects of the firm's marketing campaigns matching campaign's objectives with the company's sales goals. Prior to this, I worked for a well known bank, providing marketing insight and support for their investment subsidiary.
Currently:
I successfully developed sales, marketing, and training programs to support launch of investment platform at a large investment custodian, supporting a network of 4000 registered investment advisors. I have developed and implemented strategic plans that produced marketing material, content, presentations, webinars, web content, and training guides.
Additional:
I hold a Bachelor Degree in English and a Masters Degree in Education, which have served me well over the years. I believe that education is at the core of all marketing, and that customers (whether paying customers or business decision makers) all learn in different ways. Developing messaging in multiple mediums allows you to maximize your impact.
