Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be at the intersection of business, government and public affairs. This is where I have worked for the past 25 years. I am a creative problem solver, troubleshooter, experienced lawyer, journalist and public policy specialist.

Past Experience:
I owned and managed a law practice specializing in land use planning, environmental law and commercial real estate. I worked closely with the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, the South Carolina General Assembly, state agencies and universities on a wide variety of environmental law policy matters.

Currently:
Most recently, I worked with a major foundation to analyze the support for science and technology issues in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
