Ideal Position:
My ideal position would allow me to have little supervision which will allow me to feel my supervisor or manager trust they hired the right person for the job. I would also like a company/agency where I can grow and feel like a team player and a place where my ideas are expected and respected.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment is an open environment where each individual is a part of a team and we are all working together with one common goal, serving the client. Each person knows there job but are open to help and look for the opportunity to assist others. This way we are all working and learning at the same time.
Past Experience:
All of my past experiences have been great, they each helped mold me into the public relations professional that I am today. Without each of those opportunities I would not have such an open mind, resiliency or determination as I have today. They have each given me a foundation for my career.
Currently:
My most recent project was helping with a fundraiser. I was in charge of obtaining gifts for our celebrities, so I reached out to different companies in the area and requested different items. I was allowed to build a report with those companies and gained the trust of my manager that I could handle my assignments.
Additional Information:
I go the extra mile to achieve the goal intended. There is no assignment too big or small for me to handle. I enjoy working with others and being a part of a team that is bigger than me.
