I have over ten years of successful strong people skills, data management, IT, and leadership experience. I'm highly effective in establishing innovative processes to improve job intervals, train and mentor new employees, and I communicate well with customer service, project management, and installation teams.
Currently:
Just recently, in my position at a well-known Airline Corporation as a Report Representative, my largest project entailed the rollout of an upgraded network which entailed the installation of new agent sets used to receive incoming calls from customers. Afterwards, I generated reports for management with an overview of performance that were retrieved from the database.
