Ideal Position:
The ideal position for me is one in which I can serve my clients through offering strategic marketing strategies and solutions that enable them to achieve their goals while serving my employer through increased sales.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment is one in which a person's skills and accomplishments are appreciated, where one can flourish and grow professionally; one which empowers and motivates me to achieve great results as well as offers some flexibility with telecommuting options in addition to an office environment.
Past Experience:
My past experiences have collectively enabled me to grow professionally with increasing knowledge and responsibilities as well as hone my skills as a direct marketer and a client services expert. Along the way I've worked with clients in many industries and earned an ECHO Digital Award for an integrated marketing campaign for a very large client.
Currently:
My most recent role was one in which I was accountable for a $3MM portfolio of clients in the mid-large Retail vertical. My responsibilities included account growth through sales, which I achieved at 13% OVER mandated benchmark; retention through contract renewals, which I achieved at 70+% revenue increase; delivery team management.
Additional:
I've had many rich professional experiences during my career, and have had the privilege of working with some top clients, both large and small. I've learned from each experience, and understand the importance of bringing value to my clients - not to sell a widget, but to offer a solution that fills a need, which enables a true partnership.
