Past Experience:
I've created experiences across the spectrum, from brand design systems & integrated campaigns to interface design & enterprise websites. I've evolved through the years & capitalized on the shift to interactive by expanding my skill set, leading with a focused vision, cultivating high performance talent, & getting my hands dirty.
Currently:
My current experience has been in an expanded from design groups from two employees to a fully-staffed, award-winning in-house design firm. I have also brought together ten divisions as internal clients in less than six months, eliminating need for outside vendors.
Additional:
I've grown teams from scratch, mentored green and junior members and have cultivated talent throughout my management career. I always understand the business side of creativity and the importance of having a firm process structure.
