Ideal Position:
There is no such thing as the ideal opportunity. It is the company culture that must be ideal; a performance-based culture that motivates and drives productivity. I have gone from mailroom to board room, not because of ideal opportunities or positions but because I have always had the motivation to work my way forward and out of positions.
Ideally, I would like to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, ethical work environment.
Past Experience:
While I have had a diverse career path with diverse responsibilities, it is a path that has required a quick study, adaptive behavior, and a leadership style that has always prepared team members to be successful contributors. Strong written and verbal communication skills and business acumen have been key contributors to success.
Currently:
In addition to revamping the sales new hire on-boarding process and expanding the sales new hire training curriculum, a certification path was established to challenge sales representatives to attain over 200 hours of sales training to achieve certification. These requirements have been viewed as impressive in the market place.
