Ideal Position:
Ideally, I would like to be working for a company fulltime as a writer, either in the Marketing Department or Corporate Communications Department. Since I am originally from Dallas, I am comfortable both in the big city corporate environment or a laid back small town environment. I am very flexible and fit in where ever the environment might be.
Past Experience:
I have worked in the past in Corporate Communications on the company newsletter, Press releases, wrote and maintained the Intranet and consulted with the web development team. Currently, I write web content for various businesses, sales letters and marketing materials.
Currently:
Currently, I am working on web content writing on several different sites. I am currently working on my own web site to get it up and running.
Additional:
I have worked for telephone directory companies in the past as well, so I have a good eye for ads, taglines and such. I enjoy putting together materials that will impact buyers. I am computer savvy as well and very comfortable getting around the Internet.
