Ideal Position:
My ideal position is a communications management position with a corporation or agency. I would like to use my extensive expertise to develop a wide range of materials -- in different formats -- and manage projects to achieve internal, external and marketing communications objectives.
Ideal Environment:
My ideal environment is a large company with extensive resources with a culture of taking initiative and ownership of projects, a collaborative, supportive environment where quality, teamwork and integrity are prized. I like a combination of independent and team-oriented projects, with no micromanagement.
Past Experience:
My expertise includes award-winning writing and editing skills, honed by newspaper deadlines. I managed an award-winning national B2B healthcare magazine; strategically planned and developed marketing and communications programs for national associations; and written internal, external and marketing materials for a range of corporate clients.
Currently:
I am developing targeted print and electronic newsletters to strengthen customer relationships and drive paper sales to nationwide networks of printers and office supply dealers. They have provided customers with value-added resources and personalized sales efforts.
Additional:
I am willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. and have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
