Ideal Position:
I would like to be positioned in an agency or in-house environment that will provide me the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization. The organization would be collaborative in nature, open to input from all, and willing to do things that would benefit the company, client, staff and the community.
Ideal Environment:
Ideally, my workplace would be casual and open, allowing all to collaborate in the best interests of the clients and agency. The culture would be one that encourages personal growth while at the same time challenging each individual to be responsible for the success of the company (and be rewarded for successes).
Past Experience:
I have worked in small to large agencies and even in-house, and have had the opportunity to learn and grow in all positions. I have grown to a position of thought leadership and responsibility, up to running a full-service branch operation of a national agency. I enjoy the challenges and the opportunity to participate in a highly creative industry.
Currently:
I was tasked with handling "challenging" clients who were notorious for making last minute changes that required agency hours well beyond compensation. I successfully changed the relationships to meet deadlines better and/or negotiated additional compensation to cover time and expense, reducing stress and increasing profitability.
Additional Notes:
I have had the good fortune to work with some very talented people in all aspects of agency and client-side environments. I have contributed to the companies and the individuals, and have had a very and enlightening career. I continue to desire to accomplish for myself, my company and clients, and look forward to the next challenge.
