Ideal Position:
I am wired for an entrepreneurial environment, where trusted, proactive team members work together to build products and services about which they are passionate. As an art director, I seek to mentor (not steer) and facilitate the creative growth of my co-workers.

My ideal environment is relaxed and casual, with a big emphasis on proactive participation and trust. The company should also be family friendly, open to partial telecommuting.

Past Experience:
I have served as an Art Director for both print and web, in industries such as publishing and online gaming.

Currently:
As Art Director for an online Home and Employment Division, I am working on and guiding the re-design of a number of web acquisitions, all of which see monthly traffic averaging 1 million unique page views. I design interfaces, recommend content organization and constantly strive to make the best use of each site's assets.
