Ideal Position:
I am looking for a position where I have the opportunity to lead creative teams, develop strategic concepts and use my design and marketing communication skills to develop creative solutions across multiple mediums. I want to work in both print and front-end web design.

I enjoy being part of an in-house group or the design team at a marketing agency. I like an environment where ideas can easily be discussed and developed. I enjoy being part of a team.

Past Experience:
Throughout my design career, I have worked on a wide variety of projects that include designing for print and web, meeting with clients, leading creative teams, developing concepts, establishing branded products and managing projects. I oversaw the design process from the initial ideas and layouts through completion in deadline driven environments.

I am an innovative, award-winning designer with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver plus QuarkXpress. I am always improving on skills by learning industry standards such as Flash, and I have a strong capacity for understanding clients' needs and translating them into successful communications.

Currently:
I designed B2B marketing collateral to promote awareness of retirement products. I also helped to establish the Retirement Group's brand. This helped to make all communication pieces consistent and easily recognizable. I helped to establish the design standards as well.
