Art Director, Designer and Illustrator with Corporate Experience

Ideal Position:
I am seeking a challenging, creative post as a Design Manager or Art Director with a great company that will showcase my design talents and employ my technical skills. I would like to work with a company that fosters individuality and creativity while keeping a professional atmosphere, one that encourages teamwork but also places confidence in its workers to manage themselves. I am comfortable in a small company or corporate setting. I can also manage a fast pace as long as long as it is efficient.

Past Experience:
As the Art Director for a home décor company I design candles, vases, and home accessories. I manage production of collateral, displays, and packaging within budget.

Past positions include package design for an established global beauty brand, design for a trendy junior beauty company, and product and package design for fashion accessories.

Currently:
I recently worked on a spring collection for a well known candle company. I worked directly with buyers on the designs, then went to the factories to supervise the production. Finally, I worked on designing packaging that would complement the whimsical and earthy mood of the collection via coloration, finishes and design elements.
