Ideal Position:
My ideal opportunity is one where I can provide direction, participate in brainstorming, be hands-on with design, and contribute to the success of the agency and their clients. I generally like working with smaller agencies where I can be more involved with both conceptualization and design work; however, larger agencies are also fine.

My ideal environment is one where everyone is allowed to contribute ideas toward projects; the culture is creative, relaxed and open; and where I can learn and grow. I enjoy working with people who can have fun with what they're doing, and where there's good communication between different departments within the agency.

Past Experience:
Currently, I'm freelancing; however my last position was as Art Director for an agency where I managed a team of designers and was hands-on with the day-to-day design and production of projects such as websites, branding and packaging. I've also been an Art Director for a consulting firm, start-up website, and an interactive advertising agency.

Working as an Art Director and Designer for over 10 years with a variety of companies on both web and print projects allows me to bring a well-rounded approach to my ideas and design. I believe that with my design skills, dedication, good attitude, and ability to work well with teams, I would be an asset to both an agency and their clients.

Currently:
My most recent freelance projects are an entertainment membership website for consumers (in beta); and a corporate website for a direct response marketing agency (in production). For both, I'm the Art Director/Designer working with clients and developers to find the best solutions for navigation, structure, and user experience.
