Our client, a world-renowned healthcare organization, is seeking a Writer/Editor to join their team. The Writer/Editor will serve as a fundamental resource to  the fundraisers as they identify gift opportunities for their current and  prospective donors. With your help, this organization will continue to make an  impact on the medical field on both a national and global level. 
 
Job  Title: Writer/Editor
Job Type: Direct-Hire
Location: Downtown  Chicago

Salary:  Commensurate with experience 
 
The Writer/Editor will be responsible for producing the following  materials:
• Digital newsletters
• Case  Statements
• Feature articles
• Proposals
• Web content
• Marketing  collateral
• Social media campaigns
• Video Scripts  
 
The Write/Editor should also be a strong editor and be able to comply with brand  standards.  
 
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing,  communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of writing and editing  experience
• A background in feature writing
• Experience writing for  the web
• Experience working in an academic setting and/or experience working  in the healthcare industry
