Paladin is searching for a REMOTE Social Media Specialist for our client, a global professional services consulting company, on a six-month, 40 hr/wk contract.
 
In this role, you will conceive, develop and implement effective social media programs to promote the client’s offerings to communications, media and technology (CMT) clients through content, engagement and ambassadors. This position requires deep knowledge of current and evolving social platforms, how they integrate with on and offline promotion, the role and interplay of paid and organic social, and an understanding of the use of data to optimize programs.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Team and CMT Marketers to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and CMT Marketers to develop and maintain paid and organic social content calendars across CMT social accounts
• Develop an audience-appropriate social tone and style for content and communications on CMT social accounts
• Develop a social media listening strategy to curate relevant and credible 3rd party content, identify influencers, find content alignment opportunities across channels and better understand the client’s audience and trends
• Define key performance indicators and work with analytics partners to implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
• Develop A/B testing workflow to optimize content and build best practices supported by data insights
• Create an analytics workstream to develop audience profiles/personas that allows the client’s marketers to better cater content over time
• Coach and provide training to marketing communication professionals throughout CMT on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks
• Coach and provide training to client-facing professionals throughout CMT on best practices for presence and engagement on social networks
• Keep abreast of emerging social trends and technologies to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely
• Both develop and work with agencies to create social content and creative
• Create documentation to support and communicate strategies and tactics
• Work with agencies and internal resources to ensure successful project development and delivery
• Review creative to ensure that project meets strategic objectives
• Assist in improving overall social process & workflow
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years social strategy and marketing experience
Only candidates with past experience with global and/or enterprise-level organizations will be considered
• Proven ability to successfully work with and guide senior-level team members
• Strong working knowledge of social marketing tactics, including organic content, sponsored content, social ad units across platforms, and community and ambassador engagement
• Strong program & project management skills
• Data analytics experience and skills – emphasis on insights and optimization
• The ability to explain complex concepts and mentor and coach colleagues
