Paladin Staffing is currently hiring for a Social Media Specialist in Seattle. This role will include interacting with targeted virtual communities and network users. Additionally, you will engage with customers by strategically exploiting aspects of social media marketing. This is a temporary-to-hire position that is offering $17-$20 hourly depending on experience.  
• Engage in dialogue with customers, partners and prospects to expand brand awareness and identity
• Monitor and update social media networks
• Actively mine social conversations, relevant information and opportunities
• Work with departments to design metrics and report activity and progress
• Answer customer support questions and resolve any issue in a timely manner  
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Web
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, written and oral
