Paladin is in search of a Senior Project Manager for a global marketing agency located in West Chicago. In this role, you are responsible for the successful completion of print and direct mail projects from initiation through delivery utilizing an internal and external customer service approach.
Location: West Chicago (work on-site, 40 hours/week)
Position Type: Contract
Rate: $35-$45/hr
Duration: Starts now through Feb/03/2018
What you will do:
•Working with cross-functional teams, through meetings and progress measurement, to bring large scale print projects to completion both on time and within budget for one of the largest automotive clients
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Performs project completion using internal or external customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery
•Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget
•Providing mentorship to other PMs  
•Liaison between internal lettershop and internal and external client teams
•Provides accurate proofs and billing to clients  
What you need to have:
•5 years of Project Management experience; 3-5 years of experience within data processing, laser print, lettershop and direct mail/postal regulations is required
•PMP certification preferred
•Able to prioritize work and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones
•Print and/or direct mail experience within the automotive industry is preferred Experience
•Able to negotiate, manage conflict, and manage customer concerns that cause skepticism or uncertainty for the customer
•Advanced knowledge of Waterfall and Agile PM methodology
•Able to deviate from standard/established PM methodologies to accomplish dynamic project completion Duties & Responsibilities
•Must have experience managing the successful completion and delivery of print and/or direct mail projects that are on schedule, error-free, and receive high satisfaction results
