Paladin is currently seeking a Public Relations Strategist for a Full-time opportunity in New York City. The ideal candidate must have public relations agency experience, preferably working with clients in the professional services space. Does this sound like an opportunity you would like to explore? RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing relationships with the media (print, digital and broadcast)
- Writing communications material including press releases, media alerts, pitches and talking points
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Developing client proposals, preparing client reports and attending client meetings
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
- 2+ years of public relations experience within an agency setting
- Experience working on professional services accounts
- Proven track record of pitching and placements in the media
- Experience working with programs such as Cision and/or Meltwater
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
