Paladin’s client is looking for a PR & Marketing Coordinator for their office in Los Angeles, CA. Reporting to the Director of PR & Marketing, the PR & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and evolving all campaigns that align with overall branding and image strategy. The ideal candidate has at least one year of PR/marketing experience (agency preferred), a strong interest in fashion, bloggers, and celebrity lifestyle, along with strong written and organizational skills.
 
PR & Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in all marketing campaigns for retail, ecommerce and wholesale including new season launches and events
• Establish and maintain calendar to ensure all deadlines; Disseminate upcoming campaigns and promotions to staff
• Conduct timely analysis and evaluation of the success of each marketing campaign or promotional activity
• Management of product fulfillment for PR agency including seasonal gifting for editors, celebrities and influencers
• Responsible for all sample fulfillment and media credit inquires in liaison with PR agency
• Collect and monitor all press, celebrity and influencer coverage
• Establish relationships with key online influencers and assist in partnership of collaborations
• Conduct routine research to understand competitors as it relates to marketing content and social media strategies
• Assist with planning and execution of all philanthropic events, partnerships and sponsorships
• General assistance as required for PR, marketing and social media
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year PR or Marketing field experience; PR agency experience a plus
• Interest in fashion, bloggers and celebrity lifestyle
• Strong written, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effectively communicate with various departments including internal and external personnel
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with strong time management skills
• Social media knowledge preferred
• Ability to partner with strong personalities while maintaining high degree of professionalism
• Have a positive, cheerful, team-oriented attitude
• Must be willing to represent the brand at all times at off-site events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to handle multi-faceted projects with strong follow through
• Able to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player
• Commitment to quality, motivated self-starter and takes ownership of work
