Paladin has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Media Manager to join a small and hip consumer-focused company in West Chicago suburbs. In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial atmosphere, where you will own the paid social channel. This is an area with a LOT of potential, where you will drive and develop strategies, create timelines, and work with creative, production and technical teams to scale revenue, engagement and exponentially grow their customer base through innovative, efficient and effective acquisition tactics.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a successful Paid Social Media Manager, Digital Media Manager, Paid Social Strategist and/or Digital Marketing Strategist with specific social media experience in consumer goods (start-up or established co), agency with b2c clients. Extra brownie points if you’ve done any of this within a fast-growing division or company.
Location: West Chicago Suburbs (Bolingbrook-Aurora area)
Salary: Will commensurate with experience

Your Responsibilities Include:
•Own the paid social media channels across multiple brands
•Manage agency partners in specific paid social media channels
•Define/execute a paid and unpaid social strategy that increases engagement and meets revenue goals
•Analyze KPIs measuring effectiveness of paid social campaigns
•Conceptualize, create and/or direct creation of written and visual content that resonates with the customer in all paid and unpaid social channels
•Contribute to the concepts and creation of powerful landing pages for social campaigns
•Test, test, and more test – all aspects of paid/unpaid social media campaigns
•Build effective relationships with social media influencers with regard to co-marketing and placement opportunities

•Deep familiarity with paid/unpaid social media marketing landscape and analytics tools
•Experience running many simultaneous tests in multiple channels/areas
•Expertise converting traffic into registered users/leads and users to revenue
•A data-driven mindset and the ability to create, analyze & recommend KPIs as well as generate reports for the executive level
•Exceptional written & verbal skills
•A healthy balance of creative, math, gut and analytics
•A burning desire to drive performance
