Paladin is on the hunt for a
Brand Manager for a global brand in downtown Chicago. This person will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies, and in helping to shape the brand.
This is a chance to help grow a brand marketing practice from the ground up for an established brand. The opportunities for growth are endless! This role will work on B2C and B2B strategies and execution.
Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Downtown Chicago/The Loop
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Expected Travel: 15%
•Plan and execute integrated global marketing campaigns including paid, owned and earned media, email marketing, trade shows, social media and brand development.
•Maintain seamless brand integration across multiple product portfolios and lines of business.
•Track and measure all marketing KPIs, and ensure that all business objectives and goals are being hit
•Evaluate and recommend UX improvements for the website and eCommerce platform
•Manage creative and media agency relationships
•Eventually grow and manage a team
•Manage tradeshow calendar and strategy
•Vet digital marketing and creative vendors for future optimization
•Manage marketing automation strategy
•5+ years of Brand Marketing experience
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
•MBA a plus, but not required
•Have Omni-Channel Experience, especially within eCommerce, social, mobile, SEO, SEM and media channels
•Experience in managing agency relationships
•Results oriented mind-set
•Not afraid to roll up their sleeves - an entrepreneurial spirit
•Comfortable in a nimble, and always changing environment
