Marketing Manager Role in Chicago's Northwestern Suburbs
 
Are you a digital marketing pro who loves a fast-paced/highly-collaborative environment, enjoys working across several different departments of an organization and knows how to craft and place messaging that brings in customers and makes them act?
 
If this is you, we want to hear from you.
 
We're working to fill a role in Schaumburg that places you on a fast-moving marketing team where you'll be responsible for developing and driving implementation of broad-based integrated marketing strategies.
 
Below is some of what you'll do in the role:
- Define, gain approval, and implement marketing plans to drive business objectives

- Develop marketing strategy, oversee and execute tactical elements of programs
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, and relevant KPIs to continually evolve efforts
- Forecast marketing expenses and manage a budget
 
You're right for the role you have a:
- Proven ability to execute and measure broad-based digital marketing plans that integrate advertising, SEO, content social media and email

- Strategic-mind, but are also willing to execute and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to integrate social media marketing into customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Deep knowledge of analytic-driven marketing, comfortable interpreting and presenting data
- History of success in fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment, delivering multiple complex projects on schedule
- Very high attention to detail with drive for continuous improvement
 
Here are some other attributes you'll need to possess:
- 5-7 years’ minimum experience developing and executing marketing strategies

- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required
- Proven experience leveraging social and digital in an integrated marketing plan
- Analytical background a plus
 

 
And a little bit more:
- MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or communications from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- B2C marketing in a regulated industry or highly-matrixed org (e.g. CPG, financial services)
