Paladin is in search of a Marketing Rewards Specialist for our client, a well-known retail chain located in the near west Chicago suburbs. This is a 3-month contract position, 40 hours per week, onsite at our clients’ office in the Oak Brook / Downers Grove area.  It is an exciting opportunity to join and support a vibrant consumer marketing team, as well as to gain significant experience with an established national retail brand.
In this role, you will be providing support to the consumer marketing team’s retention/rewards programming. This includes managing communications plans, proofing and updating consumer-facing collateral, and identifying trends through consolidation of cross-campaign data or research.
Location: Near Western Chicago suburbs **MUST BE ON-SITE**
Duration: 3 Months; maternity coverage; may extend depending on budget
Hourly rate range: $22 to $25, depending on the candidate’s background and experience.
What you’ll do:
• Project management
• Execute rewards communications plans
• Oversee the proofing of marketing collateral – direct mail & email
• Internal program updates
• Research; Data Analytics; Trend identification
What you need to have:
• 1-2 years of Marketing/Advertising experience
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Analytical and data-mining capabilities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• BA in Marketing/Advertising or related discipline a plus
• Experience in retail and/or financial sectors preferred
• You will need a car or transportation arrangements to get to work
