Paladin’s client, a global tech company that is consistently ranked as one of the “Best Places to Work,” is looking for an Event Coordinator to help coordinate an internal event program and production-related activities.  You will be assisting in the scheduling, planning, event management and post event communications while working on cross-functional teams.  This position will be responsible for helping create communications for promotions including social media, emails and collateral, so strong writing skills are a must.  The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, team player and strong project manager.  This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly recognized brand that is a resume builder!
 
Location: San Francisco
Hours: 40 hours a week
Rate: $24-$26/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: approximately 6 months
 
What you will do:
•Own workback schedules for assets related to Salesforce events
•Maintain and report on program status with multiple stakeholders
•Assist with various team programs & initiatives as needed
•Assist with building valuable and successful campaigns, communities, and effective programs
 
Requirements:
•1+ year of professional experience coordinating events in fast paced environment
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant area
•Experience with events and asset management
•Fluent English with superior grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
•Strong project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
•Creative thinker who thinks outside the box
•Excellent communication
