Paladin is searching for a Marketing Coordinator for our client, a distributor and service provider in the wireless technology space, located in Aurora. This role targets a candidate with three or more years of marketing experience, preferably with some experience with a distribution channel.
 
As a Marketing Coordinator for this client, you’ll be responsible for implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, specifically social media, direct mail and email campaigns. You will also plan road shows and trade shows, track product sales as a result of marketing campaigns, maintain the company’s primary website, and research competitors.
 
Salary is flexible; beginning in the $50K range with ability to increase dependent upon the relevancy of past work experience.
 
Responsibilities
• Implement marketing campaigns, including social media, direct mail and email
• Track product sales as a direct result of marketing campaigns
• Update the company website to reflect current promotions, specials, upcoming events and blogs
• Ensure consistency across all aspects of the client’s brand
• Prepare marketing reports
• Participate in marketing strategy meetings.
• Maintain inventory of promotional items from manufacturers
• Maintain manufacturer coop and MDF accounts, including pre-approvals and final submissions.
• Support sales staff by providing leads, data, market trends, account analysis, new product information; etc.
• Research competitors, including market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
• Plan trade shows
• Monitor the marketing budget
 
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical market
• Previous experience with a distribution channel is preferred
• Strong writing ability
• Previous experience with a CRM is strongly preferred.
