This may be the job for you!  Paladin is in search of a full-time Marketing Manager for their client in downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and possess excellent communication skills. In addition, a highly motivated individual who takes initiative is required, as you will be working independently most of the time. You will provide the marketing support to help facilitate the professionals that sell, so key factors will be personality, energy, and fit with the team.

Job Responsibilities:
 
• Create and take ownership of marketing calendar and database
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing events
• Utilize CRM system to establish and manage company compliance
• Organize tailored pitch decks and proposals
• Prepare marketing collateral materials for sales team
• Provide support for main office in Los Angeles as well as Houston and Dallas locations
• Generate content for social media, email, and website
• Manage social media platforms, website, and e-mail marketing distribution
Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in business, marketing, communications, and/or event experience in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – CRM software skills is a plus
• An advanced or expert level in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Can-do attitude and ability to work independently
• Team player and a good "athlete" who can use both left and right brain
• A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and capability to multitask efficiently
