Marketing Communications Coordinator Job in Chicago, IL (Loop)
Job Summary:
Our healthcare client is searching for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to work parallel with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, promote new client acquisition, and propel the sales team to achieve revenue goals. This is an exciting role where you would help our client achieve large objectives, with internal and external teams, by coordinating communication projects, events, and initiatives that promote brand, product, service, and success stories. If utilizing your intricate attention-to-detail skillset to help host industry events, conduct direct marketing campaigns, and to engage with customers and prospects through a variety of digital channels, then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting sound research to help support the strategies and tactics of our client’s marketing plan and brand strategies (market research trends, competitive analyses, &c).
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of external promotional materials likes sales kits, product brochures, infographics, event invitations, social content, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assisting the execution of email and social media campaigns.
- Proof mail lists for promotional directives. Track and maintain the marketing inventory (digital and print).
- Compile together information from a variety of sources, including internal and external stakeholder interviews, subject matter experts, surveys, and website metrics to measure marketing initiatives. Present and share as needed.
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Qualities & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in marketing/communications with a focus on B2B marketing and event coordination.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
- CRM system experience.
- Website content management skills using tools like WordPress.
- Social media and marketing automation tool experience using tools like Hootsuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube, HubSpot, and Pardot.
- Email campaign experience using utilities like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Event management tool experience using tools like Cvent or Event Bright.
Added Qualifications for Top Candidates:
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or B2B tech space.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
