Paladin's client is looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Manager who will manage Eloqua and Act-On based marketing automation and lead generation processes. As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will drive the design, implementation, and testing of demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the Eloqua, Act-On and similar marketing automation platforms.
 
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and execute marketing automation campaigns and programs that drive lead generation, retention, and nurturing using the Eloqua 10 and Act-On.
• Support the configuration, maintenance and deployment of the Eloqua/Act-On and integration with client CRM systems
• Advise on best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, projected results
• Collaborate with sales operation to enhance and troubleshoot lead/contact integration issues between Eloqua/Act-On and SalesForce.
• Test and QA programming to ensure campaign deployment will operate as intended.
• Stay current on Eloqua software and enhancements
• Perform online campaign set-ups, segmenting of contacts, lead scoring and business logic automation using the CRM database.
• Develop and monitor campaign dashboards for ROI and KPIs, including implicit digital footprint tracking on website.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in business/marketing, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or similar
• Very strong understanding of automation tools, specifically Eloqua version 10 and Act-On (2+years in depth experience including administering Eloqua and Act-On)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Solid background in database and marketing analytics/measurement.
• 2+ years data quality and marketing automation software-CRM system integration knowledge (Eloqua and Act-On  integration with Salesforce).
• 2+ years marketing operations experience with specific experience in lead generation, analytics, and campaign management required.
• Results-oriented with the ability to execute tasks independently and with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, MS CRM, Siebel On Demand) preferred
• Requires extensive experience managing the CRM processes involved with lead generation activities (automation, scoring, nurturing, conversion).
• Eloqua marketing automation power user with proven program management experience.
• Exceptional client services and support skills
• Marketing Agency experience
• Campaign development and deployment experience with Marketo (marketing automation software)
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery programming experience
• Email deployment and segmentation experience with SilverPOP and ExactTarget
• Contact data quality experience and database query experience with SQL Server databases
• VB.net programming experience a plus
