Paladin is searching for an Internal Communications Specialist on behalf of our client, a global financial services consulting company, for a 4+ month, primarily REMOTE contract opportunity. While the work will be done predominately offsite, candidates must be able to come on-site to the client’s Dallas office from time-to-time, and so must be located within the Dallas metro area.
 
In this role, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and will be aligned to the digital team with the Global Brand department, responsible for leading regular checkpoint calls with country project teams and overseeing internal communications activities on the company’s SharePoint site.

Duration: Through at least May 31, 2018 (may extend)
Pay: D.o.E.
 
Responsibilities:
• Lead 1:1 regular checkpoint calls with select country project teams
• Track engagement and report on local country site progress
• Help thread leads manage workload and clear project roadblocks
• Provide guidance to international teams on content best practices and guidelines
• Publish content using web best practices within the constraints of Office 365 templates and Brand strategy
• Review existing documentation and guidance materials, update materials as needed
• Perform site audits for adherence to digital strategies
• Work closely with international audience
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, journalism, computer science and technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in documentation, change management, communications, digital marketing or related fields
• Fluent with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Web conferencing technologies (e.g. Lync, Adobe Connect)
• Experience with SharePoint (SP2013 or SP Online preferred)
• Office 365 experience preferred
• Content publishing experience with a well-known content platform
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Strong relationship building/relationship management skills
• Good project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration skills; team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often dynamic environment
• International experience strongly preferred
