One of Paladin’s top clients, a Fortune 100 professional services firm, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager. In this role, your writing will directly impact approximately 8,000 employees.  
Since our client provides services to federal agencies, many of the communications you’ll be developing content surrounding security-related topics, specifically, IT security. You will distribute such content through a variety of channels: videos, bimonthly newsletters, intranet articles, blog posts, emails, memos, PowerPoint presentations, etc. In addition, as the Internal Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to promote employee engagement events.  
Job Title: Internal Communications Manager Location: Nearly 100% Remote. Candidates in the Metro DC area preferred since meetings will take place in the firm’s Arlington, VA office. Length of Assignment: 12 months
Hours Per Week: 40
Hourly Rate: Competitive, Commensurate with experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of internal communications experience
  • Stellar writing abilities
  • Professional services experience
  • Experience working with the federal government
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred
  • A creative mind
