Contract Instructional Design Job in Phoenix, AZ (East Valley)
*Local candidates only, please.
Assignment Length: 3-6 months
Must be able to work on-site, 40 hours a week

A Contract Instructional Design job in the greater Phoenix, AZ (East Valley) area is available through Paladin. This will be an on-site contract position working 40 hours a week for approximately 3-6 months. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for writing a variety of training support documentation including engaging visual presentation materials to support training efforts.  
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Design training programs, including online courses, organizational training, schedules, and training requirements across policy, staff development, regulation and compliance
  • Develop and update course content and coordinate learning curriculum
  • Analyze employee growth needs and convert into tangible learning and development application s and solutions that have quantifiable impact on performance
  • Write a variety of training support documentation and create engaging visual presentation materials to support training efforts

Qualifications you’ll need for this particular Instructional Design position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design specifically related to training development, delivery and assessment
  • Experience using web based classroom tools (Adobe Connect, GoToTraining, etc.)
  • Involvement developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (strong grammar)
