Our client, a national professional services organization located in Cincinnati, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager with knowledge in planning and hands-on execution of strategic marketing plans across traditional and digital channels. The Field Marketing Manager will work with a well-known firm that is affiliated with a franchise of highly recognizable brands.
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with senior team members and leadership to implement local, regional, and national marketing managers for the organization’s Cincinnati and Columbus locations.
This role requires 40% travel between Cincinnati and Columbus.
 
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of multi-channel marketing experience with a mid-large professional services environment (real estate, legal, insurance, banking/finance, healthcare/pharma, consulting, hospitality, retail). Our client doesn’t expect someone to have direct management experience, but previous experience in a leadership position (i.e. serving as the main point of contact on a big project) is a must!

What You’ll Do:
• Help develop and execute the company’s marketing plan, including advertising, strategies and tactical implementation.
• Preparing and disseminating communications and instructions within the region in advance of promotional launches and marketing initiatives.
• Interact with senior regional and national marketing leadership to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.
• Suggest and coordinate local venues that should be considered for local company events.
• Oversee one Marketing Coordinator.
 
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is strongly preferred
• 3-7 years of multichannel marketing experience (social media, online, and traditional advertising) in a mid-large professional services company
• Highly organized, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Solid public speaking and communication skills (oral/written), with particular ability to convey and articulate strategic marketing plans and strategies
• Strong presentation writing and development skills
• Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel & PowerPoint) as well as Prezi, Project Management systems, and CRM systems
