E-Commerce Marketing Analyst (PHOENIX, AZ AREA)
Full-Time position

An E-Commerce Marketing Analyst job in the greater Phoenix, AZ area is available through Paladin. This position will be a full-time opportunity to work an iconic brand that has global recognition. The E-Commerce Marketing Analyst will be responsible for data driven decision making and provide thought-leadership in the measurement and analysis of digital and e-commerce marketing. This role will utilize various data inputs as well as monitoring key trends and results on an on-going basis.
 
Basic Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to provide ongoing data and insight for executives
  • Identify traffic trends, abandonment issues, and opportunities for improving site conversion rates. Provide strategic recommendations to increase site conversion and drive site improvements
  • Provide monthly and quarterly analysis of the e-commerce business by summarizing performance and takeaway considering all device types – marketing programs, merchandising strategies, and corporate promotions, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-departments (creative, marketing, merchandising, etc.) to provide analytical support to measure campaign performance and identify KPI’s and reporting for each department’s purpose (ROI, lead conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and website conversion)
  • Participate in the creation and completion of A/B testing, post test analysis, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide ad hoc reports and present insights into visitor behavior
  • Partner with cross departments to provide business input into quarterly and annual bookings and revenue planning

 
Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of proven analytical capabilities in an e-commerce environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 1+ years of mid-advanced level SQL and database experience
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel to develop reports and visualize data
  • Strong knowledge of advanced web analysis and reporting metrics
  • Confidence in developing highly strategic and successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to monitor a high volume work load in a fast paced environment
