Paladin is in search of a Director of Digital Strategy for an agency client that has been ranked as one of the “Best Places to Work” and is continuing to grow.  You will be the thought leader in developing strategies to identify growth opportunities, build new relationships and mentor a large team on digital best practices while collaborating with the CEO as one of four executives within the team.  You must have an entrepreneurial attitude and a drive to affect change with experience within a large agency environment.
 

Position: Director of Digital Strategy
Location: Kansas City, KS (Relocation package offered!)
Salary:  Based on experience, bonus eligible
 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital strategies to align with client goals while fostering relationships and uncovering new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative, client service and analytics teams to research consumer insights and measure campaign effectiveness to make recommendations
  • Stay on trend using best practices to create innovative campaigns using emerging  technologies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing creating POVs on behaviors and trends
  • Be the SME for all digital strategies while mentoring direct and indirect reports
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency

 
 
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience developing strategies for digital campaigns across multiple channels within a fast paced, agency environment
  • Excellent methodology and planning skills with “big picture” mindset
  • Abreast of emerging trends and ability to educate and influence direct reports and clients in collaborative, cross functional environment
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to interpret data to make sound recommendations
  • Proficient with digital platforms and analytical tools
  • Proven experience bring in new business
  • Experience with B2B and B2C audiences (retail and CPG preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
