Paladin is seeking a Digital Media Associate for our client in the CPG industry. This versatile new role is a result of expansion for our client, specifically in their eCommerce department. They are seeking to revamp their eCommerce platform and outreach to continue growing the successful products they’ve grown into the market. In this position, you will manage and execute all in-house media buying for our client, including Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, programmatic media, and SEO/SEM/PLA within their native portals. You will utilize analytics to evaluate ROI and will be a major component in building and executing innovative media campaigns. This team is growing fast! Key Responsibilities:
- Media buying in various portals (expertise required in at least one): Facebook, Google paid search, YouTube. Manage media campaigns within those portals thereafter.
- Utilize portal data and site analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and innovate strategic approaches to consumers
- Manage digital media budget to deliver positive ROI.
- Collaborate with Digital Merchandising Manager to optimize campaigns and creative content based on traffic performance and behavior on the eCommerce website.
- Utilize Brand Managers to build and oversee campaigns to leverage brand awareness.
- Share insights and data with the eCommerce team to revamp new and existing products and campaigns.
- Collect and aggregate first and third-party data from various sources; provide insights with that data that can be used for strategic digital marketing purposes.
Qualities and Experience:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally in a CPG, eCommerce setting. Prior agency experience is a plus.
- Previous experience across multichannel media buying programs, like the Facebook Portal, Google portal, YouTube, Product Listing Ads, and AdWords to ideate and execute digital marketing programs.
- Proven knowledge and comfort working with analytics, particularly for ROI evaluations.
- Experience optimizing SEO for websites and building/executing SEM campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with DSP, first-party data collection and third-party DMP data targeting capabilities are pluses.
