A Digital Marketing Specialist is currently available through a client of Paladin Staffing. To be considered for this opportunity,
you must have 3-5 years experience, preferably with an agency and a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or related field.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of the internal sales and marketing team accountable for managing and growing our brand position and message in the digital space working with all online customers.  This individual will be the point of contact for all existing and new eCommerce and digital accounts, responsible for account development, setup, sales analysis, and sku continuity among all eCommerce accounts, digital graphics and message to be consistent and insure the product and message is delivered consistently and professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage company's online presence across all digital space both company and customers
•Leverage tools to add content, images, videos and manuals to enhance new and existing products
•Contribute to an excellent consumer experience by ensuring proper implementation of links, copy and navigation paths
•Optimize web assets from all our brands, so that they achieve the highest possible rank in search engines with the right structure, key words, etc.
•Determine on-line activities that will create, develop and enhance the relationship between consumers and our brands, and also between our trade/customers and our brands.
•Advise/collaborate with brands and sectors to properly manage and maximize the yield out of digital advertising tactics (Pay-per-click, on-line media buys, web-banners, etc.)
•Monitor and report on brand abuse, trademark infringements that occur on-line
•Alignment and support to Brand and Sector strategies & tactics
•Competitive e-marketing activity monitoring/tracking/reporting
•Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure accurate information on all items on the site, including descriptions, images, style attributes, shipping restrictions, pricing and any enhanced product content
•Extract and update program reports, tracking metrics and sales
•Assist with the execution of site promotions and new offers
•Maintain and grow existing e-commerce accounts and setup new e-commerce accounts
•Develop continuity among images, message, etc. across all e-commerce accounts and digital space
•Analyze e-commerce sales, correct where necessary to insure consistency of the message, and provide recommended action to Director of Sales and Marketing
•Designs in a wide variety of styles and media (Digital graphic design; as well as, internet marketing flow)
•Delivers presentations to team and/or executive personnel and customers as needed
•Can offer constructive feedback and take direction
•Drives integration of individual projects with larger brand communication goals and distribution and message goals for the digital space
•Adheres design to budgets and time constraints
•Establishes graphic and print standards for brands to include copy with regards to the digital space
•Manages projects through all phases of concept, design, approvals and production, and communicates with relative department team members
•Works directly with other team members, sales managers, marketing managers, to deliver the message in the digital space
•Manages and directs photo shoots as needed, pertaining to individual projects, and utilizes existing files and information to best position the brand and products in the digital space
•Creative writing skills necessary to drive the brand throughout the digital space
•Promote a safety oriented culture
•Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•Ability to manage multiple projects (accounts) simultaneously
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace and digital space from the overall working as well as the design aspect
•Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data.
•Able to effectively present ideas and information through oral and written communication skills
•Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
•Basic knowledge of HTML preferred, but not required
•Ability to bring a concept to life with little or no direction from customers
•Solid understanding of printing process, photography, illustration, layout, typography, logo development, brand look and feel
•Knowledge or Flash and web applications a plus
•Photography experience a plus
•Willingness and desire to work on product lines that involve hunting, shooting, and fishing
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or related field.
•Business to Business experience focused on e-commerce, online marketing, campaign development and management.
•Strong knowledge/passion of online retail marketplace, the e-commerce environment, internet technology and internet marketing principles.
•Computer savvy, proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Advanced Mac skills in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Acrobat
•Ability to work in a fast-pace environment independently as well as part of a team.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Positive, can do attitude
