Digital Marketing Manager -  Marina Del Rey, CA

Paladin’s client in the financial services industry is on the search for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy marketing team in West Los Angeles. You will work on the development and execution of marketing campaigns including email, PPC, online display, re-targeting, landing pages, social and content marketing If you’re enthusiastic, creative, and don’t mind multi-tasking and owning projects while maintaining a positive, can do attitude, this is the job for you!
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
• Develop and execute campaigns in all the major marketing channels including; online display, video, email, content marketing, retargeting, PPC and social
• Formulate creative and strategically sound ideas to increase product sales, consumer engagement and other defined KPI’s
• Take a data-driven approach to marketing using web analytics and other user data to drive leads and conversions to our digital products
• Perform real-time analysis and post-analysis of marketing campaigns and recommend ideas for optimizing to enhance KPI’s
• Establish and enhance email marketing strategies for generating consistent revenue from email campaigns
• Communicate with executive management about marketing initiatives and metrics and brainstorm fresh strategies
To qualify, you must have:
• Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Gigya = is a big plus.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
• College degree; BA in Marketing or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar marketing role at a company or agency
• Proven track record of delivering innovative strategies to drive products sales and awareness
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Confident leader comfortable with working with all levels of management and other departments
• Ability to focus on the details while keeping track of the big picture
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in the stock market and investing is a plus
