Paladin is working with a global non-profit organization located in the Woodfield/Rolling Meadows area that is in need of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist them while someone is out on maternity leave. In this role, you’ll be working with the digital marketing team in handling the daily execution and coordination of a variety of digital marketing programs and channels; including emails, marketing automation, data entry, and features that ensure an incredible experience for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of marketing coordination experience that will include some experience with digital marketing.
Job Type: W2 Contract
Location: Rollingmeadows/Woodfield area
Start: late Jan/early Feb
Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
Pay Rate: Will commensurate with experience
Responsibilities may Include:
•Create and publish email
         o Includes format selection, proof-reading and brand compliance
         o Execute campaigns leveraging the advanced functions of digital platforms in building a campaign – automated delivery, dynamic content, scoring, personalization, A/B testing  
         o Assist on all email marketing initiatives using the IBM Watson Automation/Silverpop platform including gathering images, email setup, and segmentation
•Trafficking of creative assets and analytics data to key stakeholders and platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics and Silverpop) and day-to-day data management for all digital platforms.
•Assist marketers with development and implementation of integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns through a variety of channels, including e-mail and marketing automation drip campaigns.
•Works in conjunction with Marketing Managers, Coordinators and Business Unit partners to ensure that all deliverables for campaign execution are received according to deadlines and that all data to support campaigns and analytics is properly processed.  
•Ensure email marketing platform and associated databases are capturing all appropriate data elements to drive targeted efforts
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline
•2+ years of marketing experience in a professional setting – must include some digital marketing campaign experience
•Basic HTML/CSS for email
•Silverpop or some other email marketing tool i.e. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Exact Target, etc.
•Knowledge of marketing analytics or use of Google Analytics is a plus, but not required
•Working knowledge of web, email and social media best practices
•Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Strong project management and follow-through skills
