Paladin is working with a very well established and thriving company in Naperville that has a new opening for their team. The position is a Digital Content Specialist and the ideal candidate will have a strong copywriting background along with some analytics experience. In this role, you’ll be writing content for a number of online channels including social media, blogs, websites, emails, newsletters and more! Having basic or working knowledge of HTML is a very strong preference or at least being able to speak the language.
 
What You’ll Do:
•Apply your writing and marketing skills to help create SEO optimized copy that speaks to a unique audience of customers, both existing and new
•Research various online channels for subjects and trending news stories
•Develop creative campaigns across channels that drive awareness, visits and increase revenue for branded websites
•Communicate content initiatives and campaign progress with internal teams on creative, development, analytic and results
•Use your creative ideas to grow the online presence of eCommerce websites
•Drive growth and assist with testing in multiple channels to help create business growth including performance, marketing channels, international, partnerships, fundraising and more
•Use data analysis and metrics to help identify and pursue growth hacks and opportunities for better, faster, more efficient customer acquisition and revenge generation in performance marketing channels
 
Job Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: Full-Time (flexible start times)
Salary: $70k-$75k/year
Level of Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital content writing including SEO
 
Other Requirements:
•Close attention to detail, excellent grammar and editing skills
•Proven ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention on the web
•Working knowledge of social media tools and how they can be used to help propel visits/engagement to an eCommerce website
•Experience pulling and interpreting reporting from an analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Omniture or similar programs
•Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with an eye for good layout/design
•Ability to multitask and drive projects to completion on time and with big impact
•Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently while thriving and showing confidence in a fast-paced environment
