Paladin is working with a popular retail chain that is growing by leaps and bounds! Business is good and they’re adding to the team. We are looking for a Market Research & Analytics Specialist who is able to analyze data from focus groups, surveys and other resources, leverage that data/research to develop consumer insights that will drive marketing initiative.
JOB TYPE: Permanent/Full-Time
WHERE: Saint Charles, IL
SALARY: Up to $62k/year – will commensurate with experience

TEAM SIZE: 5 people including the hiring manager and this open role.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1) phone screen w/internal recruiter; 2) on-site interview with hiring leader; 3) 2nd on-site interview with hiring leader and other team members.
•Oversee vendor relationships and research programs like tracking consumer brands.
•Lead research efforts to understand consumer and market-level data.
•Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams based on data story telling.
•Manage research efforts such as online surveys, focus groups, vendor review analysis.
•Analyze primary & secondary data, giving regular updates on KPIs, competitive advertising, etc.
•Influence internal business partners and keep relationship with vendors positive.
•Prepare executive-level recommendations and reports.
•Analyze an assortment of print & digital campaigns analytics mostly media channels, print, digital, tv/radio, and traditional.
•Know or understand brand tracking and/or media mix modeling insights.
•Retail and or CPG experience is highly desirable, even if you’ve worked agency-side.
•Any exposure to focus groups mainly being able to analyze data from focus groups or surveys.
•Really, really, strong analytical skills and a keen ability to articulate information concisely.
•BA or BS in a related field with relevant experience.
•Experience with qualitative/quantitative research, consumer insights, brand tracking.
•Exposure to IPSOS, competitor intel and/or consumer insights.
