Paladin is hiring for a Communications Coordinator in Kirkland, WA. This is the role for you if you are enthusiastic about contributing to a company with a vibrant culture, thrive under minimal direction and are able to innovate creative ways to improve communications processes. You will have the opportunity to run internal email campaigns, create a weekly newsletter, partner with senior leadership to support company awareness, and assist in event planning processes for an organization whose culture is as valued as its products.
Some of the responsibilities for this job include:

  • Writing and editing written materials for regular internal newsletters
  • Using social media, email and video channels to enhance communications
  • Coordinating internal email campaigns
  • Developing PowerPoint presentations and design materials to support internal programs
  • Assisting the events manager with small and large-scale company event planning and communications
  • Some administrative duties as needed


  • 2-3+ years professional communications experience
  • Self-starter and out-of-the box/ creative mind, ability to generate content and innovate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in graphic design using Adobe CS
  • Event planning experience
